Before-This landfill was older than I am.

In the thick of it. Separating the waste and recycling what we could.

Black Mesa Water Coalition fellows, along with Nessa & Manny helping health the land.

We went through each parcel of trash. Recycling what we could.

AFTER- Contour Dams and Sunflower Seed Balls in place of the landfill. Sunflowers detoxify the soil. Dams slow down the water.

Doris Duke Scholars came thru with the medicine and helped us make hundreds of seed balls. They also helped make contour dams.

Log hauling for our ancestral home & sweat lodge.
